How to Add a Chatbot to Your Website in 5 Minutes

Before you start

You’ll need a trained chatbot. If you haven’t built one yet, follow how to build an AI chatbot for your website first — it only takes a few minutes.

Step 1 — Copy your embed script

In your dashboard, open the API & Integration page and copy the widget snippet. It includes your unique API key, so the widget loads the right chatbot.

Step 2 — Paste it on your site

• HTML site: paste the script before the closing body tag.
• WordPress: add it to your theme footer or a custom HTML block.
• Shopify: add it to theme.liquid before the closing body tag.
• Framer / Webflow: use a custom code / embed component.

Step 3 — Test it live

Refresh your site and the floating chat button appears. You can also share the direct testing link to gather feedback before going public.
